Looking for help with labor shortages?

The state of Indiana has made training funding available to employers that will be required to fill high-demand positions over the next decade.

The Employer Training Grant, which is available through the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, will reimburse employers who train, hire and retain new or incumbent workers in the heating and cooling industry.

Reimbursements can be approved at a rate of up to $5,000 per employee with a cap of $50,000 per employer.
